Keith Swaby, Hope Plumbing’s Founder, started by doing residential kitchen and bath remodels and small plumbing service repairs as Hope Plumbing and Remodeling to his already full-time career as a commercial plumbing and heating foreman. Through Keith’s ambition and tenacity he eventually had more work than he could handle. As his business began to blossom he soon found himself faced with a difficult decision. He had to decide if he should take a leap of faith and dedicate himself to turning this into a full time business. With full consideration to his responsibilities as a husband, father and provider he still decided a transition into full time self-employment via Hope Plumbing would be well worth it. In 2017, a partnership was formed between Keith Swaby & George Ricciardi. Keith decided to combine his technical expertise and skill with George’s business acumen and Hope Plumbing, LLC was established.

Vincent Brauer

Vincent is a Connecticut native from Stratford. He is a plumbing technician with 16 years experience. His favorite aspect of his job is coming up with a plan of execution. His role model is his father. His favorite hobby is fishing. An interesting fact about him is that he has made a hole in one in a game of golf. The best advice he would give to customers is try to avoid repairing something that should be replaced.

Juan Arce

His favorite hobbies include boxing on occasion and hanging out with his friends. The best advice he would give to customers is to stay on top of yearly maintenance and do not neglect your plumbing system.

Tairon Taylor

Tairon is originally from Harlem, New York, but currently resides in Waterbury. He is a plumbing technician with 5 years experience. His favorite aspect of his job is the interaction with people and completing a job with complete customer satisfaction. His role model is his father. His favorite hobbies include reading books and spending time with his family. An interesting fact about him is that he likes to encourage others. The best advice he would give to customers is to always have hope and believe all things will come together at the end.

Jesse Veguilla

Jesse is a Connecticut native from Meriden. He is an HVAC apprentice with 3 years experience. His favorite aspect about his job is seeing the work from start to finish and learning along the way. His role model is his father. His favorite hobbies include playing video games, cooking, and hanging out with his friends. The best advice he would give to customers would be to not flush non-flushable wipes down the toilet.

Joshua Parker

Joshua is originally from Brooklyn, New York but currently resides in Naugatuck. He is a plumbing and drain cleaning technician with 9 years experience. His favorite aspect of his job is service work and new installations. His role model is his dad. He loves spending time with his family. An interesting fact about him is that he is outgoing. The best advice he would give to customers is to go with the best option because it will pay off in the long run.

Christopher Perez

Christopher is originally from New York, but currently resides in New Haven. He is a plumbing technician with 18 years experience. His favorite aspect of his job is that he can work both service and commercial jobs. His role model is Muhammad Ali. His hobbies include boxing and basketball. The best advice he would give to customers is make sure you’re able to locate your main water valve in case of an emergency.
